All orders are sent out via Royal Mail (Signed) (Unless a special request has been authorised by us.

All UK orders can be expected within 7 working days from date order was placed (this does not include bank holidays)

All Europe orders can be expected within 5-10 working days from date  order was placed (this does not include bank holidays)

REFUND

We can only accept items for refund that are returned to us within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order.

​

Please note sale/discounted items are non-refundable, however, may be exchanged for another item or a credit note may be issued at our discretion

EXCHANGE

If you are returning for an Exchange then the item/items must be returned within 30 calendar days of you receiving your order

​

Items that are returned outside of these set time periods may only be refunded / exchanged at our discretion (Please email us first for confirmation)

Please don't use scissors or knives to open your package; you are able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted

​

Please be very careful when trying products on and please ensure not to leave marks in/on the product as we will not be able to exchange or refund any item returned to us with any marks or stains.

​

Please note that if you return any items outside of the 14 day return period for refunds or the 30 day period for exchanges and you have not been advised to do so by us at Boom Bang Apparel you will forfeit your item. We will not be able to return it to you either. We please ask that you fold returned items neatly before sending them back to us.

RETURNS POLICY

For any item/items to be eligible for a return, your item/items must be in the original packaging, be unused/unworn/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

​

Please thoroughly inspect any product you order from us as soon as you receive it as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. â€‹

If an item/items are defective in any way then we must be notified within 24 hours from when you receive your order and the item/items must be returned within 30 days of you receiving your order.

​

All items must be returned to us before any refund or replacement can be issued.

 

If you are returning items from 2 or more separate orders then please include the individual receipts.

​

If you return an item for a refund outside of the 14 day return period and within the 30 day exchange period, you will have the option to exchange your item or be issued with a store credit to the same value of your returned items. 

​

You will need to have the correct receipt or proof of purchase to hand and you will need to fill out a returns form and return this with your returned item/items

 

Once we receive your returned item/items, we will notify you straight away to let you know we have received your return.

​

We will need to carry out a quality inspection to determine that the return meets our standards.

​

Once a quality inspection has been carried out we will then update you on the status of your refund.

​

If your return is approved, we will then initiate a refund to your original method of payment

​

You should receive the credit within a 7-10  working day period, depending on your card issuer's policies.

​

RETURNS SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

All shipping costs are non refundable.

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund total. 

​

We will only cover the cost of your return postage if your item is faulty or you have been sent the incorrect item. 

​

If the item you are shipping is over £50 you should consider using a shipping service that provides a tracking option or alternatively purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
